WILL: Admitted to Probate Dec. 5, 1881.
Truman A. Burdick died July 28, 1881.

"I, Truman Albert Burdick of the Town of Osage in the county of Mitchell and State of Iowa being of the age of thirty years and of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following, that is to say,
First. It is my will that my funeral expenses and all of my just debts be paid.
Second. I give and bequeath to my Father Peleg P. Burdick of Geneva, Walworth County, Wisconsin, the sum of three hundred dollars, to be paid to him within one and a half years after my death.
Third. I Give, Devise and Bequeath to my wife Hattie L. Burdick all the Rest and Residue of my property and Estate both real and personal of whatsoever name or kind."
