AFFIDAVIT: May 17, 1951.

I, Wright N. Julius being first duly sworn on oath depose and say that in connection with my application for a farm loan from Farmers Home Administration covering:

The N 1/2 of the NW 1/4 Section 28, and the
S 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21, all in 99, 16,

that the other persons who own said land with me are my two brothers, Ralph M. Julius and F. Carroll Julius; that there is no possibility of my inheriting the share owned by either brother since Ralph M. Julius is married and besides his wife, Gertrude, has three children, Irene, Colleen and Sandra to provide for. That my other brother, F. Carroll Julius, likewise is married and besides his wife, Evelyn, has four children, Delbert, Caroline, Charlotte and Bonnie, to provide for.
