AFFIDAVIT: Feb. 1949
I, Jessie M. Curel, being first sworn on oath, depose and say that I am the widow of B. A. Curel, who died on December 25, 1948, a legal resident of Mitchell County, Iowa.

That said B.A.Curel left no surviving children,that all claims, debts and expenses, including those of last sickness and burial, have been paid.

That under the laws of the State of Iowa, as the widow of said decedent, I am entitled to the first Seventy Five Hundred Dollars ($7500.00) of any property left by him.

That said B. A. Curel did not leave in his own name, property to the extent of Seventy Five Hundred Dollars ($7500.00) and I am therefore entitled, as the widow to all property left by him in his name.

That among the assets owned by said B. A. Curel at his death was a 1941 Ford Tudor automobile, motor #6334213; that I hereby apply for registration of said automobile in my name and make this sworn application of the purpose of obtaining such registration.
