The Clinton Age, Clinton, Iowa, January 3, 1879

Mr. C. F. Toelle had his right leg badly jammed last Friday. He was seated on a sleigh with his feet hanging over the sides and another sleigh passing ran so close as to catch his leg between the two vehicles, inflicting a painful bruise.
