The Gronwoldt Family Reunion was held Sunday, August 23 (1981] at the Marvin Gronwoldt home near Riceville. Fifty relatives attended. They were Esther Hurst of Charles City, Norma Bill and Mr. & Mrs. Vern Gronwoldt and family, of Alta Vista, Mrs. Darlyn Hongerholt of Whalen, Minnesota, Mr. & Mrs. Rod Schissel, Mr. & Mrs. Vince Kobliska and family, Mr. & Mrs. Robert Gronwoldt, all of Waterloo, Mr. & Mrs. Craig Niewoehner and-sons of Chester, Gary Gronwoldt of Bluefield, Lynsey Gronwoldt of Austin, Marvin Gronwoldt Jr. and daughters of LeRoy, Mr. & Mrs. Marvin Gronwoldt Sr. and family, Kathy Bauer, Leon and Loren Gronwoldt, all of Riceville, Mr. & Mrs. Adolph Sir Sr., Mr. & Mrs. Adolph Sir Jr.and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Ross, all of Elma.
