MILDRED G. AUTH, 86, GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA
Mildred Gladys Auth, 86, of Gainesville, Florida, passed away June 18, 1999, at Palm Garden Nursing Home in Gainesville. Funeral services were June 26, 1999, at Mansfield-Hertz Funeral Home in Malvern with burial in the Malvern Cemetery. Rev. Fred Pilecki officiated the services.
Mrs. Auth was the daughter of Guy B. and Wilma Alberts Breeding, born August 17, 1912 in Malvern, Iowa. She graduated from Malvern High School in 1930. She was united in marriage to Eugene Frank Auth of Decatur, Illinois of May 13, 1930 in Rock Port, Missouri. She was a homemaker until the death of her husband in 1956. She then moved to Willamette, Illinois and began working as a realtor and salesperson. In 1967, she and her youngest son moved to Gainesville, Florida, water she continued working as a HandiCrafters Store until retiring in 1987. She was an active member of the University Untied Methodist Church and later the Trinity United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene; and brothers, Benjamin S. Breeding, Harold A. Breeding, and Garold G. Breeding.
Survivors include her sons, Ronald Auth and wife Chris of Deerfield, Illinois, Brice Auth and wife Jeannine of South Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, and David Auth and wife Joanne of Gainesville, Florida; six grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren; and a sister, Ilene Conyer of Waupaca, Wisconsin.
