AT REST- Mrs. Jennie Davis, after an illness of many months with consumption, died at the home of James Smith, Tuesday afternoon about 4 o'clock. Two weeks ago last Sabbath morning Mrs. Davis attended services at the Baptist Church and upon returning home was so exhausted she had to be assisted to her bed, from which she did not arise.She was a resident of Malvern a number of years and leaves many friends to mourn her death. The funeral services will occur from the Baptist Church this (Thursday) afternoon at 3 o'clock. The remains will be interred in the Malvern Cemetery.
