Last Thursday about half past two o'clock Mr. James Childers, who was working for Fay Wright was kicked in the side by a horse which caused his death about one o'clock Friday afternoon.

He seemed to be almost lifeless from the time of the accident, but was rational until death. He was a widower, 48 years , and leaves two minor children, one boy and one girl.
