Florence L. "Flossie" Mungon-Petty, 76, of Glenwood died September 28, 2004 at Alegent Health Mercy Hospital.

Survivors include daughter, Judith Ann, and husband John Alan Carlson, of Omaha; son, Terrance Paul, and wife, Cathy Mungon, of Irvine Calif; and 4 grand children.

Peterson Mortuary was in charge of the funeral. Memorials may be offered to the American Diabetes Association .
