Mrs. Amanda Nickerson, 74, Mills county pioneer, died at the home of her brother, J. C. Flanagan, in Silver City Friday morning.

Surviving are two sons, Earl Nickerson of Council Bluffs, and the Rev. Elbert Nickerson of Wahoo, Neb.; two daughters, Mrs. Charles Alberts of Malvern and Mrs. Esther Swanson of Rockham, S. D., one brother, J. G. Flanagan of Silver City.

Funeral services were held Sunday at the Presbyterian church in Malvern at 2 p.m.
