DATED SEPTEMBER 4, 1908:

Rev. and Mrs. F. M. Boyd of Hillsdale are called upon to mourn the loss of their youngest child and little son Ivel who passed away on Wednesday night at about 11:30. Death resulted from dysentery after an illness of nearly two weeks. The funeral will take place this Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the Hillsdale Methodist church. The little one was born Oct. 6, 1902, and consequently was not quite six years of age. The family have the sympathy of the community in their hour of sorrow.
