I Solomon Irwin realizing my responsibility to au almighty Gods and being in my right mind having complete possession of all my faculties, I solemnly make and ordain this as my will and testament all other wills, codicils or orders to the contrary of this are hereby revoked and this is substituted for each and every of them as my last will and testament.
(1) It is my request and will that all the real estate of which I may die possessed shall not be sold until my son Wesley Irwin shall become of full legal age.
(2) To my beloved wife Mary Irwin, I will and bequeath subject to my first request one half of all the real property of which I may die possessed to her I give all the household goods and furniture which we may possess together with the watch and chain which she gave me so long as she shall remain my widow she shall possession of my homestead as a residence for the use or occupancy of which she shall in no way be accountable to my heirs for rent use or any other thing except as hereafter provided.
If she should not reside therein there she shall have the rents and profits arising from its lease or other occupancy.That in consideration for this until my son Wesley Irwin shall become of full legal age she shall have full and undivided control of this my homestead and shall keep up and pay all repairs, legal assessments and taxes a may from year to year be necessary to be done or paid (natural wear and tear excepted) in order to keep my homestead in its present condition. In the event my wife Mary Irwin shall marry then she shall pay my heirs one half the rental values which my homestead shall command from time to time.
(3) To my son E.A. Irwin I do will and bequeath one sixth of all the real estate of which I may die possessed other conditions herein made bring first satisfied together with one third of all rents and profits which may arrive under the provisions of this will.
(4) To my daughter Caroline F. Nichols, I give and bequeath one dollar.
(5) To my daughter Mary L. Jamison I give and bequeath one sixth of all the real estate of which I may die possessed others conditions herein made being first satisfied in other things to receive as my son E.A. Irwin.
(6) To my son Wesley Irvin I will and bequeath one sixth of all the property I may die possessed under like conditions in all things as my son E.A. Irwin.
(7) That from the proceeds of the sale of my real property there shall be paid from that half which does not belong to my wife Mary Irwin Thirty dollars to my son E.A. Irwin for labor done for me and to my son Wesley Irwin thirty dollars for full payment upon money loaned to me by him.
(8) It is my wish that my son Wesley Irwin shall be under the control and guardianship of Tabor Lodge No. 590 I.O.O.F. and that this lodge be appoint his guardian.
(9) That my son E.A. Irwin be the executor of my last will and testament and that without bonds.

StanThis is to certify that being still in my right mind and in the full possession of all my faculties that I hereby add as a codicil to my foregoing will the following that in case of the death of my wife Mary Irwin prior to the coming of age of my son Wesley Irwin the whole of my property as to be equally divided between my three children, E.A. Irwin, May L. Jamison and Wesley Irwin subject to the foregoing conditions and in case of the death of either of the last three married children their the portion willed to such on one to be equally divided among other surviving ones in ordinance with the stipulations of my foregoing will and that Tabor Lodge No. 590 I.O.O.F. shall be appointed as guardian of my son Wesley Irwin and that without bond.
