Martha Techau Will Is Filed For Probate
The will of Mrs. Martha Techau, 81, 309 Rose St., who died Jan. 7, was filed Friday in District Court for probate.
A son, Donald H. W. Techau, and a daughter, Ella Techau, are to receive their mother's farm.
Three other daughters, Anita Techau Fox, Audrey Techau Knight, Martha Techau Schoening, and four sons, Nicholas, Henry and Fred Techau and Carl Fischer, are each to receive $25, the will provides.
Any remaining personal property is to go to the children with whom she has been making her home, the will directed.
Henry Techau is named executor of the will, dated May 22, 1946.
