Oscar Hertz is Lieutenant

Oscar Hertz has successfully passed his examinations at Camp Pike Officer's Training School and has received his commission of Second Lieutenant. He has been sent to Camp Sherman, Ohio. Oscar's Malvern friends extend congratulations.
