February 27, 1896Messrs. J.F. Wickham, Seth Dean and M.T. Deupree have been appointed referees for the sale of the Jesse Miller estate located in Glenwood and Center Township. This estate is valued at $15,000 and the referees were required to give bond for twice that amount or $30,000. It is needless to say they experienced no difficulty in getting bondsmen nor would they for many times this amount.
