Invitations have been issued to the wedding of Miss Elsie Burkett and Charles Edmands to be solemnized on Wednesday evening, Oct. 15, at the Glenwood Baptist church. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.W. Burkett and well known in Glenwood. Mr. Edmands is engaged in the hardware business at Springfield where the young people became acquainted while Miss Elsie was attending school there. Her sister Mrs. Alta Feltham, whose home is in Springfield, arrived Monday evening to remain until after the wedding.
