WILL OF LYDIA E. EVERNHAM
I, Lydia E. Evernham, of Mills County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last Will and Testament.
I direct that my just debts be first paid.
I devise and bequeath unto my husband, Amos B. Evernham, the life use, possession and control of all the real estate in Mills County, Iowa, of which I shall die seized and possessed and at his death, I devise and bequeath said land to my children to be equally divided between them, share and share alike. I revoke any former will which I have made and I nominate and appoint my said husband my executor and request that he may act without giving bond.

At the request of the above testratrix we sign our respective names as subscribing witnesses in her presence and in presence of each other and she signed the said will in our presence.

Whereas I, Lydia E. Evernham of Huntley, Nebraska, have made and duly executed my last will and testament in writing bearing date of February 6, 1906. Now I do hereby declare this present writing to be codicil to my said will, and direct the same to be annexed thereto and taken as part thereof.
I hereby direct the executor of my will to sell such part or all if necessary of my land in Harlan County, Nebraska, and from the proceeds thereof pay off certain mortgages amounting at this time to $10,000 which are now of record against the Nebraska land.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 2nd day of July 1913.
