WILL OF W. G. SUMMERS

I, Wm. G. Summers of the town of Malvern, County of Mills, State of Iowa, do make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made. I give devise and bequeath to my wife, Mary A. Summers the following described real estate. The East one third (1/3)of Section three (3) Township Seventy one (71) Range Forty one (41) also the North one half (1/2) of the North East quarter (1/4) of the NW 1/4 and all East of the river in the North one half (1/2) of the North West quarter (1/4) of the North West quarter (1/4) of Section Thirty five (35) Township Seventy Two (72) Range Forty One (41) Mills County Iowa.

I also give to Mary A. Summers, my wife, all my personal property and all moneys and credits I may have at my death.

I hereby nominate my wife, Mary A. Summers to be the Executor of this my last will and testament without bonds.

In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament subscribed my name this 20th day of April 1901.
