22 June 1906There was a merry wedding party Wednesday night down in Rawles township at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Wolfe, their daughter Alice Elnora being united in marriage to Oscar C. Holmes of Omaha.
The ceremony took place at 8 o'clock in the presence of about 40 guests, the officiating clergyman being Rev. Edward Longman of Lincoln, Nebraska.
They are a nice young couple and will make their future home in Omaha where the groom has employment as a baker. Mr. Holmes was employed for a time last year at the Institution bakery in Glenwood.
