10 May 1937Miss Virginia Soderstrom, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James W. Soderstrom of Malvern, and Paul Mulholland of Sacramento, California, son of F. E. Mulholland of Malvern, were married Saturday, May 8, at the home of the bride's parents. The bride, a teacher in the Malvern schools for the past two years, attended Omaha Municipal university where she was a member of Sigma Phi Omicron sorority.
The bridegroom attended Iowa State college at Ames, and Nebraska State Teachers college at Peru. The couple will live at Sacramento, where Mr. Mulholland is in governmental social security work. Mr. Mulholland will leave the first of the week for California, where he will be joined by his bride, after the Malvern schools close.
