Guest of Old Time Friend

Oscar Hiatt on his return from a visit with his daughter at Ottumwa last week stopped for a day in Villisca and visited with former Glenwood people, Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Bartlett. Mr. and Mrs. Bartlett insisted that Mr. Hiatt should come to their home for dinner. It was a delightful visit for all parties. Mr. Bartlett made inquiries about the people of Glenwood with whom he lived for several years. The Bartletts now have a fine home in Villisca and Mr. Bartlett is enjoying a good business as a shoe merchant. His place of business Mr. Bartlett is happy. The Bartletts left Glenwood some years ago.
