ITS ANNUAL FAMILY
REUNION

PACIFIC JUNCTION, Aug. 29 – One hundred relatives of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Hodges, deceased, met at the city park in Pacific Junction Thursday for the eighteenth annual reunion. The reunion is always held on Aug. 27 to commemorate the birthday of Mrs. Hodges, who has been dead for several years.

By request of Mr. Hodges, who with Mrs. Hodges were early settlors of this county, the reunion is always held in Mills County. This is the second year in succession that the reunion has been held in Pacific Junction and there is a movement to make this a permanent meeting place.

Officers elected for the coming year are as follows: E. W. Hodges of Woodbine, president; A. L. Wortham of Chicago, vice-president; Mrs. E. W. Hodges, secretary-treasurer, and Mrs. Addie Martin of Glenwood, historian.
