Linda Bloom, 62, of Marshalltown, IA, entered into eternal life Tuesday, December 13, 2011, in her home with her loving family at her side and under the care of Iowa River Hospice after a courageous year long battle with pancreatic and liver cancer.
A Celebration of Life service for Linda will be 2 p.m., Friday, December 16, 2011, at St. Henry Catholic Church in Marshalltown. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 7 p.m. Prayer Service, Thursday, December 15, at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in honor of Linda may be directed to YM/YWCA Heritage Club or Marshalltown Community School District Foundation for the benefit of the Linda Bloom Scholarship Fund.
