OBITUARY
Adams

Mrs. Tressa A. Adams, aged 64, wife of John M. Adams, 212 North Sixth street, died at 8:30 this morning of cancer of the stomach, after an illness dating since Oct. 3. She is survived by her husband and four daughters, Mesdames L.L. Mackaman and B.L. Hotchkiss, of this city; Harold Wixcel, of Marcus; and Benjamin Thompson, of Des Moines. All of the daughters were here when their mother died. Four sisters and two brothers also survive, in the persons of Mesdames Elizabeth Welch, of Valentine, Neb.; Catherine Handy, of Denver, Col.; and Louisa Kennedy, of Burlington, Kan.; and Miss Martha White, of Mattoon, Ill.; Messrs. Henry White, of Marshalltown, and Thomas White, of Mattoon, Ill.

The funeral will be held at 2:30 Saturday afternoon from the residence, conducted by Rev. James McGee. Interment will follow in Riverside.
