MRS. OLLIE O'BRYON, LISCOMB RESIDENT, DIES EARLY THURSDAY

Liscomb---(Special)---Mrs. Ollie O'Bryon, 84, life-long resident of the Liscomb community, died at about 4 a.m. Thursday at her home in Liscomb. She had been in failing health for several years. Born on a farm southeast of Liscomb, April 20, 1867, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Scott. Mrs. O'Bryon was the last of a family of eight. On Oct. 16, 1896, she was married to W. C. O'Bryon who died in 1942. A son, Clifford died in 1945. Mrs. O'Bryon was active in the Liscomb Christian church and the aid society. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. John Gifford of Liscomb, four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The body was taen to the Estel funeral home in Marshalltown.
