ALBERT F. HALL DIES SUDDENLY OF HEART ATTACK

ALBION---(Special)---Albert F. Hall, who would have been 74 Thursday, died suddenly of a heart attack at 2:45 p.m. Wednesday. Hall was stricken at his farm home 1 1/2 miles southeast of Albion and died while en route to a hospital. He was born Oct. 8, 1879 on a farm west of Albion, the son of David and Mary Filer Hall. After his marriage Feb. 25, 1903 to Nellie Willetts, the couple farmed in the Albion community. She preceded Hall in death Oct. 18, 1947, but he was married again Feb. 17, 1951 with Minnie Woollard. Surviving besides Mrs. Hall are two sons, Kenneth and Leland Hall, both of Albion, and three daughters, Mrs. Leonard Scheid of Toledo, Mrs. E. L. Clover of Webster City and Mrs. Cecil Benson of LaMoille. Eleven grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive, as well as a brother, George Hall, Route 1, and two sisters, Mrs. Sadie Dawson of Marshalltown and Mrs. W. B. Mantle of Albion. One son preceded Hall in death. Hall was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Marshalltown. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Avey Funeral Home, conducted by the Rev. C. Wayne Overholser. Burial will be in the Albion Cemetery.
