Leah A. Jackson, 75, of Marshalltown died of cancer Friday at Iowa veterans Home there. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday
at Caldwell-Raddatz University Chapel in Des Moines, with burial at Resthaven Cemetery in West Des Moines.

Mrs. Jackson was born in Hocking and lived in the Des Moines area most of her life before moving to Marshalltown nine years ago. She was a retired book-keeper for Wolfes Clothing Store, a Navy veteran of World War II and an Army veteran of the Korean War, and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Survivors include a son, Mark, a brother, Loren Martin, and a half brother, Jack Fansher, all of Des Moines; and a grandchild.
