Mrs. Mary Ann Weatherly, an old resident of Marshall county, died at 9:30 this morning at the home of her son, J. H. Weatherly, 306 Bromley street, of a complication of diseases and infirmities of age. Mrs. Weatherly was born, Miller, Nov. 26, 1848 in the county. In 1864 she was married to H. E. Weatherly. Six children were born to the union, three of whom survive their mother. They are W. A. Weatherly, of Kasson, Minn.; Mrs. A. M. Chamness, of New Providence, and the son at whose home she died. There are also two brothers and two sisters; James W. Miller, of Cresco, Marion Miller, of Liscomb; Mrs. Lona Hart, of this city and Mrs. Price Warren of Liscomb. Mrs. Weatherly was a member of the Bethel church. Private funeral services will be held at the grave in Bethel Grove cemetery at 2 o’clock Monday afternoon.
