MANY AT KINSEY FUNERAL

---Last Rites For F. M. Kinsey of Albion Held Wednesday---

One of the largest funerals at Albion in recent years was that of Francis M Kinsey, held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock from the Albion Methodist church. Rev. C. E. Luce, assisted by Rev. C. H. Strawn, of the Bethel Grove church, had charge of both the service at the church and the short prayer service at the home at 1:30. Music was furnished by a quartet composed of F. Aubrey Smith, Frank Dennis, Mesdames A. E. Burgett and Arthur Reidel. Albion lodge of Odd Fellows, No. 313, attended the funeral in a body and also had charge of the services at the grave. Members of this lodge acted as pall bearers, in the persons of H. J. Reidel, William Presnell, H. L. Rolston, Henry Leise, Clem Dunham, and H. N. Pratz. The flower bearers were Misses Effie, Rena and Lotta Arney, Gay Reidel, Doris Rolston, Nina McKibben, Hazel Rolston, and Hazel Crouse. There was a profusion of floral offerings, among them being pieces from I. O. O. F. lodge, the Rebecca lodge, Brotherhood of American Yeoman, Modern Woodmen of America and the Methodist church, all of Albion, and the Royal Neighbors of Liscomb. Burial was in the Bethel cemetery. Those who attended the funeral from a distance were Mrs. John Dickkut, of Chester; Mr. and Mrs. Walter Kinsey and Mr. and Mrs. Eben Thurber, of Marshalltown; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Miller, of Liscomb, and Mr. and Mrs. John Koehler, of Conrad.
