After their marriage Mr. and Mrs. Lockard made their home on a farm two miles northwest of Whitten, where they lived until coming to this city. Mr. and Mrs. Lockard were the parents of two children, both of who survive the mother. They are Leo Raymond Lockard, of Des Moines, and Mrs. Ervine Harland, of this city. A sister, Mrs. May Allen of Albion, and three grandchildren, Nita, Helen and Theodore Lockard of Des Moines, also survive.
