Mrs Emily S. Hanna, wife of J. M. Hanna, of Albia, Monroe County , died Wednesday at her the home of daughter, Mrs. Charles Lacey, three miles west of Albion, of heart disease. Mrs. Hanna had been in poor health for some time, and with her husband came to her daughters home two weeks ago on a visit. The family formally lived in this county, and is well known in the vicinities of both Gilman and LeGrand.

rs. Hanna was 53 years of age, and is survived by her husband,four daughters, andy two sons. Aside from Mrs. Lacey at whose house she died, the daughter are Mrs Ethel Richardson of Gilman, and Mamie and Lillie Hanna of Albia The sons are Albert Hanna and Gilman, and Merlin Hanna of Albia. Mrs. Hanna was a member of the Chrustian Church of Le Grand.

The body will be taken to Gilman for interment and the funeral will be held Saturday morning at 1 o'clock.
