Funeral services for Linda Sue Stickel, age 73 of Pleasantville, will be held on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Pleasantville. Burial will follow in the Pleasantville Cemetery.
Linda passed away on Sunday at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Survivors include her children, Brian (Cindi) Stickel of Knoxville, Cindy Stickel of Fort Dodge, Jove (Teresa) Stickel of Higginsville, Missouri; grandchildren, Jessica and Robert Stickel of Knoxville, Joe (Ellen Bechtel) Freemyer of Lake Wood, Colorado, Cody (Danielle) Freemyer of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, Lindsey Freemyer Fort Dodge, Jennifer Burks of Boise, Idaho, Heather (Ryan) Locklar of Albuquerque, New Mexico; great-grandchildren, Colby, Kayleigh and Evelyn; brothers, Paul (Susan) Neely of Huntsville, Alabama and Keith (Alice) Neely of San Antonio, Texas.
Visitation will begin after 11 a.m. on Wednesday with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Mason Funeral Home.
