Stuart A. De Cook, 71, passed away Thursday.
Stu, was the son of the late Arie J. and Tonetta F. (Van Essen) De Cook. He operated De Cook Automotive and enjoyed cars (junk), racing (sprint cars), baseball (St. Louis Cardinals) and football.
Surviving is an Aunt Theresa (Van Essen) Rempe of Oskaloosa, Iowa, several cousins and many friends.
A visitation will be held, Sunday, November 6, 2011 from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Van Dyk- Duven Funeral Home in Pella.
