Orvel Schippers, 75, of rural Bussey, died Monday, Jan. 1, at his home.

His funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Winfield Funeral Home in Albia, the Rev. Paul Hughes and Marty Williams officiating. Burial: Pringle Cemetery, Bussey. Visiting hours are open today at the funeral home, with family present 6-8 p.m.
