Mrs. RENA FOSTER

COLUMBIA , Aug. 1 - Mrs. RENA FOSTER , aged 69 , died Friday night at the home of her stepson , JAMES FOSTER.

Mrs Foster had been a sufferer for several months with cancer of the liver. All that human hands could do to alleviate her sufferings was done , but was of no avail ; her spirit winged its flight . She was a good Christian woman , loved by all her many friends.

The funeral services were conducted sabbath morning by Rev. MACKENZIE , of the Christian church ; remains laid to rest in Columbia cemetery.
