Pella's Weekblad, dated April 22, 1871, found in Plaatselijk Nieuws: Today, after a long and painful illness, my beloved wife, Joosje Walraven died at the age of 47 years and 2 months. The certainty that the Lord, whom she loved, has taken her, eases my sorrow.
