Monroe - Arnold Brouwer, 80, of Monroe, died Wednesday, April 23, in Newton. Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday in the Otley Reformed Church in Otley, the Rev. David Hensley officiating. Interment: Silent City Cemetery, Monroe. Visitation begins noon Friday in the Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Pella, with family present 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.
