George D. De Wit

PELLA - George D. De Wit, 72, a lifelong resident of Pella, died Sunday, April 28, at his home.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the Pella First Christian Reformed Church.

The Rev. J. Mark Beach, pastor of the church, will conducte services. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Pella.

Memorials to Hospice of Pella may be left at the Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Pella.

Visitation with the family will be held from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. De Wit, a self-employed upholsterer, is survived by his wife, three sons, nine grandchildren, three great- grandchildren and a brother. ~ The Newton Daily News, Newton, Iowa Mon 29 Apr 1991.
