Rentje Siegers van der Wiel was born 22-03-1819 in Kollumerland, zoon van Sieger van der Wiel en Antje Rinzes Poort. He died after 1880 in Richland, Mahaska, Iowa, USA He migrated between 1861 en 1878
He was registered as R. vanderWiel.
Zijn zoon als Seager vanderWiel, his son married Sjoerdtje Wouda on 14-3-1889 in Bethel,Marion,
