Oskaloosa Boy Crushed to Death

Seven year old Harold Tarr had his life crushed out in Oskaloosa, being run over by a wagon. A threshing outfit was going through the town, pulling a wagon in the rear. The child climbed on the tongue of the wagon and fell under the wheels, dying instantly.
