TODD - Mrs. Mary S. TODD, wife of Elmer TODD, Spring Creek Township, died at the Mahaska hospital shortly after 6 a.m. today, June 13, 1940 following a year's sickness, at the age of 54 years. Surviving are her husband, Elmer and her mother, Mrs. Jane Ann FERGUSON of Spring Creek township; two daughters, Mrs. J. D. ANDERSON and Mrs. Lloyd ALLGOOD of Oskaloosa; one son, Carl B. TODD of the U.S. Navy; three sisters, Mrs. Mark MYERS, Mrs. W.F. BENNETT and Mrs. Ernest DARLAND of Rockford, Ill.; three brothers, Archie and Arthur FERGUSON of Rockford, Ill., and T.A. FERGUSON of Mason City. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 15 at Wilcox Garland chapel. Rev. E.L. Knight of the First Christian church in charge. Burial in Bloomfield cemetery.
