DEATH CLAIMS JAS. A. DEVITT - James A. DEVITT, 67, prominent Oskaloosa attorney, passed away at his home at 11:30 o'clock this morning from a heart attack. Mr. DEVITT was prominent in local, state and national Republicn organizations, in legal circles, and held numerous important offices. He was a civic leader whose contacts with prominent state and ntional leaders made him the best known attorney in Iowa.
