OSKALOOSA - Marjorie E. Ahrweiler, 86, of Oskaloosa died June 21,1989, at Mahaska County Hospital in Oskaloosa.
She was born Aug. 9, 1902, in Oskaloosa to George and Elizabeth Kauffman Fritz. She graduated from Oskaloosa High School in 1921 and attended William Penn College for a year. She operate Ahrweiler Realty with her husband until retiring and was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. She married Charles Ahrweiler on March 27, 1922 in Oskaloosa. He died May 12, 1984.
She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Felkins of Stockton, Calif.: four grandchildren: two great-grandsons: and a daughter, Anne Koopman.
The service will be 2 p.m. Friday at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Oskaloosa, the Rev. Thomas McConville officiating. Burial will be in Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa.
A rosary will be recited at 7:45 p.m. today at Newman Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa.
Memorals have been established to St. Mary's Church Flower Garden.
