Last Will and Testament

Of

John Dysart

I John Dysart of Richland Township County of Mahaska and state of Iowa by occupation a Farmer make this my last will. I give devise and bequeath my estate and property Real and personal as follows that is to say.

I hereby give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal to my Son Mark Dysart after my just debts and funeral expenses are paid. On the express conditions that said Mark Dysart pays to Phillip Dysart my Son Two Hundred dollars. To my Daughter Rachel Ann Ellis, Five Hundred dollars. To my Daughter Margaret Millets Ten dollars and to her daughter Amie Rose Anna Stuller Sixty Six and two thirds dollars. To her son Peter H. Stuller Sixty Six and two thirds dollars. To her son Simeon Stuller Sixty Six and two thirds dollars.

I appoint John S. Wharton and Amos Y. Shangle of Prarie Township County of Mahaska and State of Iowa Executors of this my last will.

In Witness whereof I have signed and sealed and published and declared this instrument as my Will at New Sharon County of Mahaska and State of Iowa this 23rd Day of February 1878.

The said John Dysart at said place on said day signed and sealed this instrument and published and declared the same as and for his last Will. And we at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have herewith written our names as subsidiary Witnesses
