MRS. LAMB MARRIED
Marshalltown Woman Wedded to
R. P. Doze, New Sharon Man

At the Presbyterian parsonage at Oskaloosa at 9 o’clock this morning, Mrs. Martha A. Lamb, of this city, was married to Mr. Robert Phillip Doze, of New Sharon. Rev. C. W. McCord, formerly of this city, performed the ceremony. The wedding will be something of a surprise to the friends of Mrs. Lamb in this city.

A short time after the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Doze left in an automobile for Hawthorne, where they will visit for a short time with Mrs. Doze’s father, Mr. William Shapcott, from there they will go to Omaha and Des Moines to visit for two or three weeks, when they will return to New Sharon to live.

Mrs. Doze is a well-known dressmaker who has made her home in this city for many years. Mr. Doze is a well-to-do-resident of New Sharon, where he lives with his aged mother. He was a brother of J. W. Doze in the lumber business at Gillman.
