Services for Samuel “Frank" Heskett, 78, of Mason City, a former West Des Moines resident who died Tuesday at a Mason City hospital will be at 11 a.m. Friday at McLaren’s Resthaven Chapel here. Burial will be at McGinnis Cemetery at Patterson.

Mr. Heskett was born in Des Moines and lived in the West Des Moines area until moving to California in 1940. He moved to Mason City in 1965. He was a retired employee of the F. W. Fitch Co. and the Masonic Temple in Mason City. He was a member of West Des Moines Christian Church.

Survivors include a son, S. Robert of Littleton, Colo.; a daughter, Mrs. Shirley Sanders of Mason City; a brother, Ernest of Farmington, N.M.; three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. today.
