Death of Mrs. Townsend

Mrs. Louisa Miller Townsend was born in Maryland January 15, 1831 and died at the home of her son, C. C. Miller April 10, 1903. She had been a constant and patient sufferer for the last three months. Mrs. Townsend had been married twice and was the mother of five children, her husbands and three children having preceded her. She was a member of the Church of Christ of this city. The remains were laid to rest in the Hooten cemetery last Saturday a.m., Rev. R. W. Matheny of the Methodist church conducting the funeral services.
