MACKSBURG NEWS ITEMS OF INTEREST

Miss Elma Scott was stricken on Saturday with a stroke of apoplexy and died at 5 o'clock Monday morning. No Funeral arrangements have been made at this time.

Death of Miss Elma Jane Scott

Elma Jane Scott, well known resident of Macksburg, died early Monday morning, March 12th, following a stroke of apoplexy. She was 69 years of age and had lived in Macksburg all of her life. Funeral services were held on Wednesday.

Former Teacher Dies

Miss Elma Jane Scott, 69, for many years a Macksburg, teacher, died Monday in Macksburg. She was the daughter of O. J. Scott. Services were held Wednesday.
