FRANK M. RHONE DIES AT 93 YEARS

Frank M. Rhone, a long-time resident of the Barney community, died Wednesday, May 24 at a Winterset nursing home at the age of 93 years.

Mr. Rhone was a native of Delaware county, where he was born March 5, 1857. He was married Dec. 5, 1878, to Lydia Ann Simpson. They were the parents of four sons and two daughters. His wife and one son, Clyde, preceded him in death.

Surviving are three sons, Ivan, Jim and George Rhone of Lorimor, and two daughters, Mrs. Iva Farr of Lorimor and Mrs. Ethel Weaver of Winterset. He also leaves eight grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Friday from the Barney Church of Christ, and burial was made in the cemetery there.
