Sarah Elizabeth Blair was born in Adair county, Kentucky, August 17, 1855 and at the age of 77 years 5 months and 18 days, passed away at the home of her son Charles Kinnaird near St. Charles on the 4th of February.
On November 19, 1874, she was united in marriage to Oliver Elmer Kinnaird who departed this life March 25, 1920. To this union, six children were born, Will of Valley Junction, Charles of St. Charles and Jeff of New Virginia survive their mother, Susie her daughter having passed away on February 4, 1923. Two other children died in infancy.
She also leaves to mourn her going, two brothers and two sisters, Leonard Blair of Englewood, Kansas, Clay and Mary Blair of Conger and Mrs. King Young of Bridger, Montana, seven grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
